Java Technical Lead - Spring Frameworks (8-12 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java applications and solutions.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure high-quality code and best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning sessions.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve existing systems and processes.

- Work in an agile environment and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and execution.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Java application development, with proficiency in Java 8 to 17.

- Strong experience with Spring Boot framework and related technologies.

- Hands-on experience with message queuing systems such as RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ.

- Proficiency in relational databases such as MySQL, including database design, SQL queries, and optimization.

- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.

- Experience in leading and managing software development teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
