Job description
Role & responsibilities
1. Provide tier 2/3 support for Office 365 issues, including email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and other Office 365 applications.
2. Manage and troubleshoot Office 365 services, ensuring optimal performance and security.
3. Assist in the deployment of Office 365 services.
4. Configure and manage security settings and policies within Office 365.
5. Monitor and manage Office 365 usage and performance using administrative tools and reports.
6. Provide support to end-users on Office 365 features and best practices.
7. Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
8. Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest Office 365 features, updates, and best practices.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Office 365 administration.
3. Strong knowledge of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
4. Experience with Office 365 deployment.
5. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Office 365 administration.
6. Familiarity with security and compliance features in Office 365.
7. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Note-Should be comfortable to work in Night Shift and should have Good Communication Skills
