No. of positions: 2
Compensation: Stipend of Rs 10,000 per month after one month, Rs 15,000 after 2 months and Rs 18,000 per month after successful completion of probation period of 3 months. The package of Rs 3.6L p.a. will start after a successful one-year.
Minimum commitment: 12 months

Job Summary:
The Management Trainee program ASCEND is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to our business functions, offering hands-on experience and opportunities to develop key skills in various departments. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their careers in the management stream of their choice.
Key Responsibilities (may vary depending on the stream of allocation)
1. Learning and Development:
- Participate in orientation and training programs to understand company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Engage in continuous learning to develop skills in areas such as sales, marketing, finance, HR, and operations.
2. Rotational Assignments:
- Work in different departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of business operations.
- Handle specific projects and assignments to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios.
3. Business Function Support:
- Assist with day-to-day operations to understand workflows and processes.
- Analyze business data to support decision-making processes.
4. Strategy and Planning:
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of various business units.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
6. Customer and Client Relations:
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Assist in managing client relationships and communications.
7. Team Collaboration:
- Participate in team meetings and discussions.
- Facilitate coordination between different departments.
8. Problem-Solving:
- Identify and address operational issues and inefficiencies.
- Suggest improvements and innovative solutions for business challenges.
9. Leadership Development:
- Receive mentorship from senior leaders and managers.
- Develop leadership and managerial skills for future roles.
10. Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Promote ethical behaviour and practices within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
