RPA (Power Automate Desktop) developer

Mode:- WFH (Visit twice in a month to the office location Pune / Bhilwara (Rajasthan).

Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Design & Implementation:

Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop, ensuring they meet business requirements and operational standards.

Process Optimization:

Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities, improve efficiency, and reduce manual workload.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing workflows, ensuring reliability and smooth performance.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand process requirements, gather feedback, and implement necessary adjustments for effective automation.

Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated workflows, including design, testing, and change logs.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Perform end-to-end testing of workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

2-4 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop, including building, testing, and maintaining automated workflows.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop Knowledge of data integration, connectors, and APIs Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python is a plus Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or other Microsoft ecosystems
