Role & responsibilities :

• Identify new product opportunities based on market trends and customer needs.
• Lead product development for rigid packaging (e.g., bottles, jars, closures)
• Coordinate with R&D, production, sales, and quality teams.
• Manage timelines, cost, and quality for new launches.
• Track product performance and drive continuous improvements

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering/Packaging (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years in product development or management in rigid packaging
• Strong technical knowledge of plastics, molds, and production processes
• Good project management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISBM,IBM and IM.
