Sales Engineer - Tools & Workshop Equipment-Nigeria

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Drive sales of high-quality imported tools and workshop equipment by identifying and acquiring potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to expand ATESs market share in the assigned territory.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Directly report to Division Head.
• Work closely with local sales team.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:

• Develop and execute strategic action plans to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Engage in field sales visits, meeting clients and prospects to increase customer base.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries, assess their needs, and ensure seamless customer service.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, pricing, and credit terms to customers.
• Ensure after-sales service, conducting quality checks and resolving customer concerns.
• Uphold a professional corporate image through personal conduct and initiatives.
• Provide regular sales reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and performance tracking.
