Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions, including back pain, neck pain, strains, sprains, and work-related injuries.
• Provide on-site physiotherapy sessions for employees, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery from work-related injuries.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments of workspaces and provide recommendations to improve employee posture and prevent physical strain or injury.
• Develop and deliver workplace wellness programs, including stretching exercises, injury prevention strategies, and ergonomic education.
• Offer advice on maintaining physical health and fitness, including exercises for posture, strength, and flexibility.
• Educate employees on healthy habits, such as proper sitting posture, workplace ergonomics, and physical activity during the workday.
• Monitor and track employee recovery from injuries, ensuring that progress is made and providing updates to management when necessary.
• Provide individualized rehabilitation programs for employees recovering from injuries or surgery, ensuring safe return-to-work protocols.
• Provide first aid, emergency response, and physical assessments for workplace injuries.
• Maintain confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with HR to identify patterns of injury or illness within the workforce and propose wellness programs to address these issues.
• Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of wellness programs and employee participation.
• Advise on the creation and implementation of workplace policies that promote physical well-being and reduce the risk of occupational injuries.
• Offer regular feedback to management on employee health trends and recommend changes to improve overall workplace health.
