This role combines design leadership, and sales strategy, ensuring that the company delivers top-quality design solutions while expanding its market presence. You will manage a team of interior designers, handle the complete project life-cycle, and take ownership of client relationships to drive both sales and customer satisfaction.
1. Guide, support, and inspire a team of interior designers, fostering their professional development.
2. Be the primary expert for design discussions and challenges, providing creative and technical guidance.
3. Encourage continuous learning within the team through research of new concepts, materials, and trends.
4. Ensure that design pitches are clear, compelling, and meet the expectations of clients.
5. Oversee the entire project process, from initial design pitch to final sales order and delivery.
6. Ensure a smooth client experience throughout the entire project, from design to execution.
7. Ensure the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables, ensuring they meet company standards and client expectations.
8. Coordinate with internal teams (KWS, design, project execution) and external partners (vendors, suppliers) for seamless project delivery.
9. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute growth strategies for expanding market presence.
10. Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and increased revenue.
11. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and product suppliers.
12. Integrate trending products and innovative solutions into design projects, keeping the company at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements
1. Proficiency in technical drawings and expertise in tools like Google Sketch up, 3Ds Max, and other 3D visualization software. Knowledge of modular technology, civil works, and material specifications.
2. A persuasive and engaging communicator, able to present ideas clearly to both clients and internal teams. Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Telugu and/or Hindi is a plus.
3. Self-driven with a passion for excellence and an ability to inspire the team to achieve its best.
4. Act as a role model for design discussions and problem-solving, providing thought leadership to the team.
Professional Qualifications:
1. Bachelors in Architecture or Interior design with an MBA in Sales from a reputed College.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the design industry (Interior Design or Architecture).
2. At least 2 years of experience in a design leadership role.
3. Strong expertise in technical design, material knowledge, and project execution.
4. Proficient in Google Sketch up, AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant design tools.
5. Experience with CRM systems for managing sales and client relationships.
