Lead - Supply Chain Analytics

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead in Supply Chain Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making processes within our supply chain organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, SQL, and Power BI, with a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights that enhance supply chain operations and efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual with leadership abilities who can work cross-functionally and lead a team of analysts to optimize supply chain performance and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights:
Lead data analysis efforts to identify trends, issues, and opportunities within the supply chain, including inventory, procurement, operations, and demand forecasting.
Use SQL to query and manipulate large data sets for in-depth analysis.
Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and reports to present real-time data and insights to stakeholders across the organization.
Strategic Reporting and Visualization:
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to effectively communicate supply chain metrics and performance indicators.
Work with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting tools to support data-driven decisions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis efforts.
Leadership and Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain analysts, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Collaborate with other teams, including inventory, logistics, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment on analytics projects and priorities.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, encouraging the exploration of new tools, methodologies, and techniques.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a key point of contact for senior management, translating complex analytics into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Present findings to executive leadership and collaborate on initiatives aimed at achieving corporate supply chain objectives.
Work closely with IT to ensure data infrastructure meets the analytics needs of the supply chain function.
