Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn and Sales Navigation:
Monitor and manage the CEO's LinkedIn connections.
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients and business partners.
Keep track of communication and follow-ups with LinkedIn connections.
Product Presentations:
Create and update product demo PowerPoint presentations.
Assist in preparing sales and marketing materials for client meetings and presentations.
Ensure all presentations are professional, engaging, and aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
Accounts, Payroll, and Expenses:
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
Oversee payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
Track and report on expenses, preparing regular expense reports for the CEO's review.
Administrative Support:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
MBA in Sales & Marketing
Fresher or minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or sales-driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Skills:
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
