Job Description

Project Manager (Male*) - Peoject / Client Relationship Manager

Customer Interaction:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically.
Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to products or services.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized departments as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and support.
Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide recommendations for improvements.
Product and Service Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and customer preferences.
Educate customers on product features and benefits to maximize their use and satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting:

Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, support metrics, and recurring issues.
Provide insights and suggestions for process improvements based on customer feedback.
Collaboration and Teamwork:

Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Assist in developing and maintaining support materials and resources.
Quality Assurance:

Adhere to company standards and guidelines for customer support.
Ensure compliance with customer service policies and procedures.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus in all interactions."
