Business Analyst

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the IT field specifically in the e-commerce or nopCommerce domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, streamlining processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Evaluate e-commerce processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
Prepare detailed requirement specifications, workflows, and wireframe
Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure alignment of requirements and solutions.
Conduct competitive analysis and research to enhance the nopCommerce platform.
Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and adherence to goals.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business needs. Create reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate finding and updates effectively
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project success.
Monitor and ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English language.
