Low Code Developer (3-6 yrs)

Advantal Technologies is seeking skilled Low-Code Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing applications using low-code platforms such as Mendix, OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar tools. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, creating scalable solutions, and maintaining applications to enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy applications using low-code/no-code platforms.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Create workflows and automated processes to streamline business operations.

- Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party services.

- Customize UI/UX components to enhance user experience.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring application performance and reliability.

- Maintain and update documentation related to application architecture, development, and workflows.

- Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy policies.

- Provide support and training to end-users as needed.

- Continuously research and adopt new technologies to enhance low-code capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience in developing applications using low-code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, or Microsoft Power Apps.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and APIs.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and third-party integrations.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.

- Certifications in low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix Certified Developer, Power Platform Certification).
