Job Description
The NetSuite Administrator & Consultant at OneAdvanced plays a central role in optimizing our core business processes through the effective management, configuration, and maintenance of our NetSuite system, including Zab billing functionalities. Your role will involve a sophisticated blend of business process optimization, focusing on delivering high-quality NetSuite solutions that support our operational needs.
What You Will Do - System Configuration and Maintenance: Oversee the configuration of NetSuite to meet specific business requirements, including Zab billing functionalities. Customize forms, set up user roles and permissions, maintain lists, records, and advanced field-level security controls
- Collaboration and Requirement Gathering: Work closely with finance, accounting, and other departments to gather requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective NetSuite solutions
- User Support and Training: Provide advanced support to NetSuite users, addressing complex system issues. Develop and conduct specialized training sessions on utilizing NetSuite features, emphasizing Zab billing processes and system optimization.
- Facilitating Change Management: Drive change management initiatives related to NetSuite, ensuring that technological changes are implemented effectively and meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Recommending and Implementing SaaS Solutions: Evaluate, recommend, and integrate SaaS solutions that extend the capabilities of NetSuite, focusing on areas such as advanced analytics, AI enhancements, and automated workflows
- Zab Billing Expertise: Leverage extensive experience with Zab billing to streamline billing processes, optimize billing workflows, and ensure accurate and timely billing operations within NetSuite.
- Consulting on Best Practices: Act as a consultant to various departments, advising on best practices for utilizing NetSuite and Zab billing functionalities to achieve business objectives.
- Experience: Having an overall 10 plus years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in NetSuite administration and consulting, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed complex configurations and integrations, including Zab billing.
- NetSuite Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of NetSuite s architecture, including SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Zab Billing Proficiency: Extensive experience with Zab billing processes and functionalities within NetSuite.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities with a track record of identifying and resolving complex business process issues quickly and effectively.
- Security and Compliance: Deep understanding of IT security and regulatory compliance, with experience implementing robust security frameworks within NetSuite.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively across various departments.
