Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

Job Location: Sector 66, Gurugram, Haryana

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience Required: 3-5 Years

Shift Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM (Monday to Friday, With 1 and 3 Saturdays are WFH)

Objective of the role: The Learning and Development Specialist in Performance Marketing is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in the performance marketing team. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that training initiatives align with business objectives and support the continuous growth of the marketing department.

Requirements and skills:

1. Training Program Development:

- Design and develop training programs focused on performance marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.

- Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and manuals.

2. Needs Assessment:

- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the performance marketing team.

- Collaborate with team leaders to align training initiatives with business goals.

3. Facilitation and Delivery:

- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various levels.

- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to cater to different learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

4. Evaluation and Improvement:

- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

- Continuously refine and update training materials based on participant feedback and industry trends.

5. Performance Marketing Knowledge:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing, including content marketing, and analytics.

- Share insights and best practices with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the HR team to integrate learning initiatives into employee onboarding and career development programs.

- Partner with external industry experts to enhance training offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. A master's degree

- 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably within a marketing environment.

- Proven experience in performance marketing is highly desirable.

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.

- Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness.
