Roles & Responsibily:

1. Looking for Civil Engineer / Diploma in Civil Engg candidates with 0-2 years of experience.
2. Carry out physical site visits to source primary information that requires for valuation.
3. Reviewing project progress, timelines and cost with respect to the given budget and schedule.
4. Highlight variance between planned and the actual achieved.
5. Stay updated with latest developments in real estate sectors.
6. Oversee the civil engineering aspects of fit-out projects, including structural modifications, flooring, partitioning, and ceiling installations.
7. Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Preference: Candidate having own two wheeler will be preferred.

Experience: 0-3 yrs in Valuation Industry

Qualification: B.tech / BE / Diploma - Civil

Remuneration: 18k - 25k per month
