Business and Financial Analysis

1. Working with process owners for process standardization and improvement
2. Develop Standardized MIS for unit.

1. In depth involvement in PB cycle through appropriate inputs
   
2. Co-ordinate the yearly process for the units
3. Analysis of PB numbers with actuals

Tracking Follow up

1. Tracking of daily reports at units
2. Coordinate all unit level meetings, maintain MOM
3. Follow up with the departments on the status of open issues
4. Support Apex Committee Meetings and follow up on progress

1. Specific projects as may be assigned by the Head Operations from time to time
2. Conducting external activities linked to business
3. Driving the Sustainability Agenda In external communications
