Junior Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Junior Data Analyst to join our Bihar team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, analytical skills, and expertise in MS Excel and Analytics. The Junior Data Analyst will assist in analyzing data sets, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

2. Develop and maintain reports on MS Excel.

3. Candidates should be able to identify the negative or fake news against the client in digital/ social media (Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube & Instagram etc.) along with various web portals or news portals) & categorised top 5 or 10 negative news report daily to the client (objective: to track negative news early so that it cannot go viral).

4. Take the responses (verified by client) and counter the negative comments on various platforms on behalf of the client.

5. Competitors Analysis based strategies for social media platforms.

6. Strong understanding of social media platforms, review sites, and online communities.

7. Excellent content creation and writing skills.

8. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

10. Familiarity with ORM tools and software (e.g., Meltwater, logically, Hoot suite, Brand watch).

Requirements:

1. 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

2. Basic MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

5. Strong communication and presentation skills.

6. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
