Addison & Co. manufactures and supplies Product ranges include Cutting Tools, Carbide Tipped Drill, Solid Carbide Drills, Cutters, Reamers, Taps including High Performance Taps (Threading Tools) and wide range of Broaches and Hobs.
Addison is India’s largest exporter of HSS metal cutting tools to many leading countries.ScopeThe Territory Manager resource will develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and expand market shares of Hole Making across India. This role involves researching market trends, managing business development activities, and building strong relationships with business partners, customers, distributors and dealers etc.EducationBachelor’s degree with a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field preferred.Age & ExperienceBetween 35+ years with 15+ years’ experience in Channel sales & customers sales, exposure on handling customers.
Strong knowledge of cutting tools technology, applications, and the market landscape on Hole Making.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.Job Summary:Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Strategy:
    • Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in the threading tools market.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to enter new markets or segments for threading tools.
    • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize sales efforts.

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Increase the revenue from the existing customer business
    • Identify and target potential customers and distributors.
    • Develop and manage the sales pipelines to achieve revenue goals.

  1. Marketing Campaigns:
    • Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote cutting tools in domestic markets.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and digital content.

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealers, distributor, sub dealers and industrial customers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.



  1. Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, emerging trends, and product development opportunities.
    • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and industry developments to refine sales and marketing strategies.
    • Prepare regular market reports and presentations for upper management.

  1. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with manufacturing, product development and engineering teams to align marketing strategies with product offerings.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless marketing process and customer satisfaction.
