We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business processes and technical solutions, combining functional expertise with technical knowledge to support, implement, and optimize enterprise applications. This role involves gathering requirements, configuring applications, developing technical solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
Configure and customize enterprise applications to meet business requirements, including workflows, business rules, and integrations.
Develop and execute complex SQL, PL/SQL scripts, and other technical components to support functional processes.
Utilize SOAP and REST web services to integrate various systems and ensure seamless data exchange.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions.
Provide support for both technical and functional issues, acting as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend best practices and effective solutions.
Conduct regular testing, and system validation, and provide quality assurance on all customizations and configurations.
Deliver user training and create detailed documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and process documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a techno-functional role, ideally in ERP or enterprise application environments.
Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs, with experience in integrating applications.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Dynamics, etc.) and business processes, particularly in finance,
Experience with AL code or other scripting languages is an added advantage.
