Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and sales through outbound telephone calls to potential customers.
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outbound calls.
2. Sales Calls: Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to present our products/services and handle objections.
3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
5. Product/Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Preferred candidate profile
1-2 years of tele sales experience; experience in [industry/field] a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
