Java Backend Developer - Microservices Architecture (5-12 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to join our innovative development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems. You will collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and related technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support frontend applications.

- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability of backend services.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve software development processes.

Skills Required :

Programming Languages :

- Proficient in Java and experience with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, or similar.

Web Technologies :

- Strong understanding of RESTful services and microservices architecture.

Database Management :

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

Version Control :

- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Development Tools :

- Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
