Business Analyst - Technology

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and business analysis, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders across various departments and internal and external technology/development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and translate into detailed technical specifications.
Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
Effectively manage change requests received from the business; align and dedicate task to development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and design, develop, and implement solutions that address business challenges.
Conduct feasibility studies and gap analysis to align business requirements with technology division.
Conduct the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that developments meet business needs and requirements.
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders and development teams throughout the implementation process.
Align with internal and external development teams, monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and management.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Good knowledge of project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Bit bucket, Figma is necessary.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product manager or similar role in the technology sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
