Title: Associate PMC/Internal Audit

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Review of Payment Request shared by developer team
2. Review of Sales MIS and Customer Files
3. Financials review / escrow account monitoring
4. Review of Cash flow for the project
5. Verify the periodic cash flows with the respective bank account statements
6. Compare and trace Cost MIS figures with the books of accounts and bank statements
7. Regulatory filing, compliances check
8. Review of approvals and RERA compliances time to time.
9. Review of statutory compliances, TDS, GST, labour and other compliances.
10. Review of legal cases initiated by customers and updating of status time to time.
11. Positive working attitude, willing to learn with strong work ethics and motivation.
12. Strong analytical skills with command on excel.
