Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and managing key digital marketing strategies, with a focus on SEO, Google Ads, and YouTube marketing, website management.


Role & responsibilities

1. SEO Management:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and monitor performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize content for search engines.


2. Website Management:

- Oversee website updates, maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor website analytics and provide actionable insights to improve user experience and conversions.

3. Google Ads Campaigns:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.


4. YouTube Marketing:

- Develop and manage YouTube marketing strategies to increase channel visibility and engagement.
- Optimize video content for SEO and audience engagement.
- Analyze video performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.


5. Brand Awareness: - Planning and executing brand awareness strategy with objective of building trust and credibility with target audience. - Running Brand awareness campaigns on various digital platforms like FB , linkedin, instagram. - Building strong Media presence - Create Trust and credibility. - TV, digital print media, industry publications etc.


Preferred candidate profile


1. Experience - 4 to 5 years in Digital Marketing


2. Core Skills :

- SEO Tools:

  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs for performance tracking
  • Technical SEO: Strong knowledge of site architecture, HTML/CSS, and page speed optimization.
  • Keyword Optimization: Advanced skills in keyword research and on-page SEO implementation.

- CMS Proficiency:

  • Expertise in managing platforms like WordPress or Drupal for updates and maintenance.
    Web Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing page speed, mobile responsiveness, and UX design.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Ability to use Google Analytics and heat mapping tools to track performance and improve conversions.

- Google Ads Proficiency:

  • Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across search, display, and video ads.
  • Campaign Analytics & Optimization: Strong ability to analyze campaign data and adjust bids, targeting, and keywords for optimal performance.
  • Conversion Tracking & ROI Analysis: Knowledge of setting up conversion tracking and using data to calculate ROI and improve campaign results.

- YouTube SEO:

  • Expertise in optimizing video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for better search ranking and visibility.
  • Video Editing & Content Creation: Strong skills in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) to create engaging content.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Proficiency in YouTube Analytics and other tools to measure engagement, track KPIs, and optimize content strategy.

- Brand Awareness:

  • Content Marketing & Social Media Management - Creating and managing engaging content across platforms to boost brand visibility.
  • SEO & Paid Advertising (SEM) - Optimizing content for search engines and running effective paid campaigns.
  • Data Analytics & Performance Tracking Using tools like Google Analytics to measure and improve campaign success.

3. Soft Skills:

- Communication: Strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

- Creativity: Innovative thinking to develop engaging campaigns and solve marketing challenges with fresh approaches.

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing efforts.

- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with evolving digital marketing trends and quickly adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment.
