We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and managing key digital marketing strategies, with a focus on SEO, Google Ads, and YouTube marketing, website management.
Role & responsibilities
1. SEO Management:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and monitor performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize content for search engines.
2. Website Management:
- Oversee website updates, maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor website analytics and provide actionable insights to improve user experience and conversions.
3. Google Ads Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
4. YouTube Marketing:
- Develop and manage YouTube marketing strategies to increase channel visibility and engagement.
- Optimize video content for SEO and audience engagement.
- Analyze video performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
5. Brand Awareness: - Planning and executing brand awareness strategy with objective of building trust and credibility with target audience. - Running Brand awareness campaigns on various digital platforms like FB , linkedin, instagram. - Building strong Media presence - Create Trust and credibility. - TV, digital print media, industry publications etc.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Experience - 4 to 5 years in Digital Marketing

3. Soft Skills:
- Communication: Strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Creativity: Innovative thinking to develop engaging campaigns and solve marketing challenges with fresh approaches.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing efforts.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with evolving digital marketing trends and quickly adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment.
