Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and manage our digital marketing efforts, with a strong focus on social media platforms, specifically Instagram.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating aesthetic visuals, email marketing, and managing social media marketing campaigns that align with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design visually appealing social media content, especially for Instagram, adhering to current trends and the brand's aesthetic.

- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns.

- Create engaging short-form content like captions and promotional emails to enhance customer interaction.

- Handle all aspects of social media management, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.

- Work closely with the marketing team to craft strategies that promote brand visibility and engagement across social platforms.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance, creating reports with actionable insights.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Post Graduate from a well-known fashion institute or a relevant field.

Skills:

- Thorough knowledge of Instagram aesthetics, with a keen eye for visual appeal and storytelling.

- Expertise in Photoshop (image editing, content creation, design).

- Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies.

- Ability to create impactful email marketing campaigns.

- Experience in creating short-form content such as captions, promotional content, and marketing emails.

- Knowledge of analytics tools to track social media performance.

- Creative thinking with excellent communication and writing skills
