Testing Lead - HR Transformation Program Overview As a Testing Lead within our HR Transformation Program, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of a new, employee-centric HR service model. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest quality standards and align with our strategic goals. Responsibilities: Test Planning: Develop detailed test plans, including objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones. Test Case Creation: Review requirements and designs to create comprehensive test cases that cover all aspects of the solution, including payroll, benefits, and HR processes. Test Execution: Lead and coordinate testing activities, ensuring that test cases are executed effectively and efficiently. Defect Management: Identify, track, and manage defects throughout the testing process. Reporting: Analyze test results and provide regular reports to the project team, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing them with the necessary training and support. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that testing activities align with project goals and timelines. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently. Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside the organization. Skills and Experience: Experience operating in an HR environment and initiatives a plus. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software testing or a related field. In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools. Experience in leading and managing testing teams, particularly in HR transformation projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working in a global environment. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of HR technology platforms, such as Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNow. Experience with end-to-end data flows and integrations. Experience in developing and deploying internal solutions. Experience with payroll and benefits testing
