We are a retail jewellery boutique focusing on diamond and gemstone jewellery which is contemporary in nature. We specialize in customizing jewellery for our customers.
The candidate for this position will excel at understanding the retail customers' taste, proposing relevant jewels to them and closing the sale. The candidate will also be responsible for managing customer orders in the back office and coordinate with the workshop.
Responsibilities - Meet and exceed sales targets - Understand customer's taste and requirements and propose relevant designs - Manage back office administrative tasks related to sales orders - Coordinate with workshop to ensure customer orders are made as per requirements in a timely manner
Qualifications - 5+ years of sales experience (preferably at a retail jeweller) - Experience and working knowledge of MS Excel - Strong written and verbal communication skills
