PPC Executive

Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Scheduling:
  
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet production targets and customer deadlines.
  Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to optimize resource utilization.
  Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
  
• Process Optimization:
  Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  Implement lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  Monitor product quality and identify and resolve quality issues.
  Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.
  
• Team Management:
  Lead and motivate a team of production workers to achieve production targets.
  Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
  Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, including cold forging machines and CNC turning machines.
  Coordinate with maintenance technicians to schedule preventive maintenance and address breakdowns.
  
• Cost Control:
  Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  Implement cost-saving measures, such as reducing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
