Accounting Manager

Role & responsibilities

Establishing financial status of the Company by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:

• Month and end-year process
• general ledger review
• revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• Balance Sheet review

2. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

3. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles in accordance with INDAS and IFRS

4. Coordinate and complete annual audits Statutory, Tax and Transfer Pricing audits.

5. Timely preparation and submission of financial reporting to Head Quarter.

6. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

7. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams for ensuring proper fiscal discipline.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified with 10-12 years experience in Finance & Accounts department in similar organization & turnover

~4500+ cr.

• Excellant knowledge on Ind AS & IFRS
• Practical working knowledge of SAP
• Excellent knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint.
• Good Communication skills- both verbal and written
• Attitude to learn and take ownership
• Transformative mindset
