Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and process accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related matters and ensure timely filing of returns.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights into company performance.
• Work with external auditors to facilitate audits and resolve any discrepancies.
• Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring proper accounting practices and compliance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Manage payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or export industry.
• Proficient in accounting software, particularly Tally ERP.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Busy Software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
