Account Assistant

About the role:The role of Account Assistant at CFF Fluids Control Ltd. is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records and transactions within the organization.Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using Tally ERP.
• Handle cashbook entries with precision to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts to ensure financial data accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and preparation of financial statements.
• Assist in daily accounting activities and provide necessary support to the finance team as required.

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (experience working under a Chartered
• Accountant preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP for maintaining accounts and generating reports (Preferred).
• Overall work experience of 1 year (Preferred).
• Ability to handle cashbook entries accurately and efficiently.
• Strong command of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial statement preparation.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Bachelors degree in Commerce (BCom preferred).
