Job Description

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints. They will also process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across various communication channels. Our ideal candidate has a patient and empathetic mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Handling customer inquiries and complaints across various channels.
Order Processing: Processing orders, modifications, and escalations.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:

Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
Patience and Empathy: Understanding and responding to customer concerns with patience and empathy.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.

Knowledge of Tally Software
