Job Description

Prepare and execute overall annual plan for academic requirements with support from the Management.

Own all the tasks and assignments of the entire IIT-JEE/ NTSE/ Olympiads and C.B.S.E. academic team across India.

Closely monitor the progress of academic work distributed to all faculty members across different courses and products.

Ensure error-free and relevant quality content for all programs across all courses.

Suggest implement new academic products and initiatives for all courses, based on emerging trends and need of the students, in consultation with the management.

Responsible for quality of entire content of all programs. Modify or create new program offerings to maintain leadership and quality standing of the organization in the IIT-JEE market.

Re-vamp and revise entire content (notes, tests, assignments and question banks) on annual basis.

Ensure implementation of corporate study plan and test schedules for all the courses.

Liaison with faculty member centre heads to build a healthy and effective feedback mechanism.

Prepare guidelines for academic implementation for HODs and faculty members.

Eligibility

An IIT graduate/post-graduate with extensive academic exposure to complete cycle of academic development and implementation. Candidate with experience in education industry will be given preference.

A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in planning, executing and refining academic programs for IIT-JEE/ NTSE and other competitive exams. .
