Salesforce Lead Consultant

As a Salesforce Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with our organization's business objectives. You will lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the development lifecycle. Your role will involve analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement, and translating requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.Responsibilities : Salesforce Solution Design : Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand business requirements and design effective solutions using Salesforce capabilities.Team Leadership : Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing mentorship, technical direction, and support to ensure successful project delivery.Technical Expertise : Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce best practices, platform limitations, and emerging technologies. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.Integration and Customization : Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with other business systems, as well as the development of custom functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.Data Management : Ensure data integrity and security in Salesforce, including overseeing data migration, data modeling, and database design.Quality Assurance : Implement and maintain testing processes to validate the functionality, performance, and security of Salesforce applications.Project Management : Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Monitor and track progress to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem to optimize business workflows.
