Position Overview: As a Salesforce Developer specializing in Loyalty Cloud, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce-based solutions, ensuring that our clients loyalty programs are effectively integrated into their Salesforce platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and improve customer engagement through Salesforce's Loyalty Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including the Loyalty Cloud.
  
• Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including custom fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and triggers.
  
• Loyalty Cloud Expertise: Utilize Salesforce Loyalty Cloud to develop and manage customer loyalty programs, including building reward models, loyalty tiers, and points systems.
  
• Integration: Work on integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, APIs, and data sources to enhance loyalty programs and customer engagement.
  
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet functional and performance standards. Perform debugging, issue resolution, and post-deployment support.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Apex and Visualforce Development: Utilize Apex and Visualforce to implement custom logic and create custom interfaces within the Salesforce environment.
  
• Reports and Dashboards: Design and implement Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to track the performance of loyalty programs and customer engagement.
  
• Maintain Best Practices: Follow Salesforce development best practices and maintain a high standard of quality in all code and development tasks.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, including Loyalty Cloud updates, and implement new features or enhancements to improve existing solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Loyalty Cloud and/or customer engagement solutions.
  
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, including creating and managing loyalty programs, rewards, and points systems.
  
• Expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture and database modeling.
  
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs).
  
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  
• Knowledge of Salesforce Deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, SFDX).
  
• Experience with Salesforce security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
  
• Ability to work in an agile environment and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
