Overall Job Description:
- Develop and drive the Enterprise Architecture strategy, ensuring that Enterprise Architecture efforts are aligned with business strategies and contribute to the achievement of financial and operational targets.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize Enterprise Architecture initiatives that will drive operational efficiency, improve business processes and realize simplification.
- Lead Enterprise Architecture, Architecture governance, Products/Platforms/Infrastructure and Technology Roadmap
- Provide strategic guidance and support to cross-functional project teams in executing Enterprise Architecture initiatives, including process redesign, organizational restructuring and technology implementation.
- Develop and implement cohesive change management plans to ensure successful adoption and integration of all the Enterprise Architecture initiatives across the organization.
- Monitor and measure the progress of Enterprise Architecture initiatives, regularly reporting to the top management and making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to business leaders throughout the Enterprise Architecture process, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as a champion for change, promoting the value and benefits of Enterprise Architecture across the organization and facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the Enterprise Architecture Office team, maintaining clear focus and high motivation, as well as attracting and developing talent with the particular set of skills necessary for this function.
- Implement effective data governance as essential requirement for modern data platform
- Improve technology platforms stability, performance, scalability, and fault tolerance across all product processors and channel applications. Troubleshoot recurring issues and running the triage for problem solving/RCA.
Essential Skills:
- 10+ years in leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading Enterprise Architecture and Transformation change initiatives within complex organizations.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of successfully developing and executing transformation strategies.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing transformation strategies that have resulted in measurable improvements in business performance.
- Solid understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and emerging trends shaping the business landscape,
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making sound decisions in complex and ambiguous situations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within specified timelines and budgets.
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in transformation management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and leading change in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
