JOB ROLE

Preparing machines: Cleaning, calibrating, and performing other activities to prepare machines for production
Operating machines: Monitoring and adjusting machine settings, supplying raw materials, and checking parts
Maintaining machines: Performing routine maintenance, fixing broken machines, and ensuring machines run smoothly and efficiently
Ensuring safety: Adhering to health and safety regulations, verifying the functionality of safety features, and reporting safety hazards
Training others: Training on machine operation and overseeing others working procedures.
Improving processes: Proposing improvements to the process or machines as needed
Recording activity: Creating and managing records of approved and defective units or final products, and creating and maintaining activity logs
