JOB ROLE
- Preparation & Issue of BOQ
- Analysis of Tender Documents, Quotations etc.
- Collecting approved drawings from autocad department
- Preparing estimation
- Issuing work orders
- Certifying contractors bills and forwarding it to accounts department,Measurement checking of work done at site.
- Preparing tender comparisons
- Preparing details of payment made to the contractor and coordinating with accounts department
- Assisting in preparation of Tender Documents , Quotations etc.
- Preparing estimation and finalizing with approval of HOD
- Verifying contractors bills and forwarding it to HOD
- Preparing details of payment made to the contractor and assisting Manager Quantity survey for preparation of estimation and checking of RA bills.
- Entering all data in Far vision(ERP) and updating the same.
- Filing all records of the QS Department
- Collecting relevant statutory supporting details from contractors for submitting to accounts.
