Job Description
Aarti Industries Ltd. is looking for Mechanical Operation Engineer - Ruby Division to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Operational Oversight:Monitor and supervise the day-to-day mechanical operations within the Ruby Division
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operational activities
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to optimize overall system performance
- Preventive Maintenance:Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address them
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Troubleshooting:Respond promptly to mechanical system malfunctions and breakdowns
- Diagnose issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve complex problems efficiently
- Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement
- Propose and implement engineering solutions to enhance mechanical system reliability
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to recommend upgrades and improvements
- Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, maintenance technicians, and production personnel
- Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss operational performance and improvement initiatives
- Documentation:Maintain accurate documentation of mechanical systems, including schematics, manuals, and operating procedures
- Contribute to the development and updating of standard operating procedures
- Training and Development:Provide training to operations and maintenance staff on the proper use and care of mechanical equipment
- Stay updated on industry best practices and share knowledge with the team
