Designation: Manager/Sr.Manager/ Chief Manager
Location: Mumbai
Role: Corporate HRBP
- Drive talent management initiatives like defining JDs, KRA - KPI setting, performance reviews & appraisals, promotions & succession planning
- Nurture, develop & evolve the employee during their work life cycle at Aarti by honing their skills and capabilities and providing them with learning opportunities
- Conceptualize and design processes right from induction of the employee in the organization to separation
- Formulate programs that would build capability of talent and enable them to make optimum use of their skills to perform better
- Design strategies that would result in employee evolution and engagement to ensure retention for long term benefit of the organization & individual
- Build a robust succession pipeline by focusing on competency development across all functions and levels within the organisation
- Identifying crucial positions along with the line managers and business heads and ensure that successors are developed for those roles
- Transform the culture of Aarti towards being a learning oriented and performance driven organization in order to give a platform for employees to increase their value proposition
- Review the existing policies, benchmark them with the industry standards and improvise wherever required
- Impart trainings to build on the behavioural skills of management & leadership level employees
- Responsible for maintaining & updating repositories of organization structures, Job descriptions and competencies required for all jobs across Aarti
- Lead employee engagement activities to build in enthusiasm for employees for better retention and productivity
- Participate in the cultural transformation of the organisation by contributing to the change management initiatives
- Ensure systems pertaining to Talent Management are in order, timely analysis of the data / results and implementation of corrective measures
- Ideate, strategize and drive all talent management initiatives across the organisation
- Identify training needs and key improvement areas and develop team by providing them the necessary training
- Approve the annual training plan, the trainer for the trainings and the training content
- Approve the evaluation method, to measure the effectiveness for the trainings that are imparted
- Coordinate with HR team to prepare Development Plans for Campus Hires as well as for the existing team
- Promote Values and strengthen culture among team to align them with the vision and mission of the organisation
- Ensure all team members are provided adequate training and are able to perform their duties safely and in an efficient manner
