We are hiring for a Decisions BPM Low Code Developer position with AAPNA Infotech( A CMMI Level 3 and Great Please to work Certified Organization).

Mandatory Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in any Backend development Language(.NET, C#, Java, Asp.net, Python) is required.
• In the case of candidates from a coding background, they should be willing to learn Decisions Development/No Coding, for which we will provide a maximum of 6-8 weeks of training.
• SQL experience is a MUST.
• Some exposure and experience in QA and BA would be an additional advantage.
• The candidate should have worked in an Agile model and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and in a team with a high level of quality is essential.
• The candidate must be a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Additionally, a zeal to learn new tools in a short span of time and independently work on application development and automation is crucial

• Excellent Analytical skills
• Should be an individual contributor and should be able to run the show with client independently.
