- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets to support profitable business growth in the designated territory for pharmaceutical products.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts, particularly within the Corporate Hospitals segment, to drive sales and establish long-term business partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and doctors, ensuring strong goodwill for the company and effective collaboration in business development activities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand business opportunities within the assigned region, targeting both new and existing customers.
- Monitor competitor activity in the market, assess its impact on customers, and provide regular market intelligence to senior management.
- Work closely with senior leadership to plan and execute promotional activities, events, and seminars that enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
- Manage the daily sales process, ensuring timely reporting and accurate tracking of performance against targets.
- Lead and coach a sales team (if applicable), focusing on maximizing sales and ensuring high performance in line with company objectives.
- Understand and address the needs of stockists and distributors, organizing strategies and initiatives to optimize product availability and distribution.
- Ensure the availability of pharmaceutical products, such as Critical Care Injections and Higher Antibiotic Injections, in line with customer demand and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports and participate in performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products, particularly Critical Care Injections or Higher Antibiotic Injections.
- Experience managing key accounts within the Corporate Hospitals sector and a strong network within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and other reporting tools.
- A professional appearance and strong business acumen, with a focus on creating mutually beneficial relationships.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with a proactive approach to business development
