Jr. Project Associate

• Facilitates and guides teams and projects across multi-functional platforms to ensure cohesiveness.
• Conduct project meetings, project tracking and analysis.
• Responsible for planning, prioritising, executing, and maintaining programs and projects per customer requirements.
• Accountable for projects schedules, milestones, deliverables and budget.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor s in Electronics will be an added advantage
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Project)
• Extremely organised with ingrained ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail with focused adherence to strict deadlines and procedures
• Sound problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to exercise sound independent judgement
• High level of integrity and dependability, including handling sensitive and confidential information
• Teamwork mindset and temperament to work effectively with a diverse group of people
• Effective ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Experience with Jira tool is mandatory
