Under minimal supervision, Seniors in this department perform a variety of professional auditing and attest work. The candidate plans and executes the assigned tasks in the engagements as instructed by the client. Primary responsibility is performing audit and attest support services for business entities ensuring that all financial data are recorded consistent with established policy and procedures. Seniors will also assist on special projects.

Role Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review workpapers in conformity with standards including scope / objective / procedure / conclusion , adequate supporting documentation, and tickmark , and workpaper cross references
- Coordinate communication with clients and audit team members to ensure documentation is received and processed in a timely manner
- Draft, foot, proof, and does final read of audit reports, financial statements, and other necessary engagement documentation
- Utilize and have a reasonable level of understanding of firm software and internal workflow/ processes
- Accurately report billable and non-billable time consistently and timely
- Ensuring the execution of work of audit or accounting advisory as per plan .
- Ensure that all T rainee s are utilized to their optimum potential on a daily basis .
- Acts as a Coach to the T rainee s and guide them during the Audit.
- Maintain a good rapport with the client and ensure that the clients queries are addressed on a timely basis.
- Ensure that the Managers are updated on the status of audit on a daily basis .
- Participate in technical discussions of the firm and contribute to the knowledge bank.
- Review and signoff of work papers.
- Ensuring error free reporting.
- Ensuring quality of audit and compliance with audit methodology .
- Timely completion of assignments.
- Timely response to client queries and escalating to next level, if required .
Qualification:
- Fresh Chartered Accountants or CA Inter ( Single / Both Groups Completed) with experience in Audit and Accounting practice ( including articleship )

- ACCA / CPA / US CMA pursuing

- Proficiency in MS Office . Working knowledge on Audit tools like Caseware would be an added advantage.
