Position Summary: We are a leading financial advisor and consulting firm with a strong presence in four countries. We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Sr. Manager/ Manager - Business Development Desk. This position will be based in India and will focus on driving business development initiatives and expanding our client base in the region.
Responsibilities :
1) Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives in the Indian market.
2) Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in India, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and institutional investors. Initiate contact, build relationships, and secure new business opportunities.
3) Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, market trends, and competitor analysis to formulate effective business development strategies.
4) Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and support their financial needs.
5) Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the firms financial products, services, and offerings. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our solutions to effectively present and articulate their benefits to potential clients.
6) Networking: Represent the firm in industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and expand the professional network.
7) Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including portfolio managers, research analysts, and marketing teams, to leverage expertise and resources for effective business development.
8) Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and report on key performance metrics, including client acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
9) Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
10) Team Leadership: If in a senior role, provide mentorship and leadership to the business development team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
