Job Title: Java Fullstack Lead

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java Fullstack Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead the development and management of business applications, preferably within financial institutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Oracle technologies, and a strong background in managing software development teams. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of complex business applications and integrations, ensuring they meet organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications, focusing on client/server and web-based solutions.
• Manage and guide a team of software developers, providing mentorship and technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of applications.
• Design and develop SOAP and RESTful API integrations to connect business systems, ensuring efficient communication and data exchange.
• Code and debug applications using Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Application Express (APEX), Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies.
• Oversee multiple complex, long-range projects, ensuring deadlines are met and that they align with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and stakeholders, to understand and implement business requirements.
• Provide expertise in the development of mobile applications, utilizing appropriate technologies where necessary.
• Develop solutions that integrate with existing systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Conduct regular code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure high standards of software development practices.
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development, cloud platforms, and application design.
