Responsibilities and Skills:
Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven digital advertising strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
Platform Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in managing advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on campaign setup, audience targeting, and optimization
Media Buying: Effectively manage and optimize media buying, ensuring efficient spending and maximum ROI for clients.
Data Analytics: Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Tag Manager to collect and interpret data, providing insights that inform campaign optimizations and client reports
Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve key performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to share insights, educate team members, and ensure the successful execution of advertising strategies.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance while adhering to client budget constraints.
Reporting: Generate regular performance reports, providing clients with a clear understanding of campaign results and insights for improvement.
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising and performance marketing.
Platform Proficiency: Strong expertise in Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
Data Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Tag Manager, with the ability to analyze and derive actionable insights from data. Media Buying: Experience in media buying and a deep understanding of bid strategies, ad placements, and audience targeting.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive campaign optimizations.
Communication: Decent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
