Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set for the role..
Customer Success Collaboration.
Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients..
Collect and relay customer feedback to inform product improvements..
Reporting And Analytics.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.
g., HubSpot, Salesforce)..
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team..
Requirements.
Experience:2+ years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the communication/telecom domain..
