SUMMARY
Requirements
Payroll Analyst
We are seeking a Payroll Analyst for a prestigious multinational client in Bangalore. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HRO, with mandatory experience in Oracle HRMS. The role involves a hybrid work model with alternative week WFO and requires a valid passport. The work timings are from 09:00 am to 6:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate international payroll knowledge
- Possess sound knowledge of payroll processing
- Exhibit good technical aptitude in payroll, finance, and systems
- Ensure individual tax, payroll, and statutory compliance
- Handle payroll organization design, planning, distribution, process design, shared services, and taxes
- Utilize functional skills including statutory knowledge, social securities, and mandatory deductions of responsible countries
- Experience with Oracle is mandatory
- Perform payroll reconciliation
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in HRO
- Mandatory experience in Oracle HRMS
- Valid passport
